Description

The unhealthy tree in front of 114 Ardmore Street (tangled in power lines) has begun to drop limbs. It is an old tree with several tall, half-dead limbs - and this is a heavily trafficked street. A falling branch could seriously injure someone. I am especially concerned with Halloween coming up. This tree needs to be taken down. . .
