Also, in addition to the idling, these trucks and other construction vehicles are taking prime parking spaces away from residents and business. There are no postings for "NO Parking". This neighborhood is experiencing an uptick in development and parking spaces that area residents pay for Zone Permit Parking are being taken away by construction sites and vehicles. Why isn't the 24/7 parking regulations being enforced? My 85 year old Mother received a ticket on a Sunday morning while attending Mass for being inches too close to a corner. Where is the fairness...can't a parking agent visit these construction sites and speak with the job supervisor and advise them of the parking regulations?

Idling is under the sole jurisdiction of the police dept. They are the only ones that can address this. As to parking, The no parking signs are to reserve parking. They are not a requirement to park there. However, please feel free to reopen a new inquiry under Parking or use the WOTS app to report parking infractions.
