He was at it again last night we are getting very tired of this individual and his juvenile behavior, we suspect he is drug dealing as he is in and out constantly all night long, youd think he would want a low key car for such nefarious purposes

The police came only when I finally yelled at him, he falsely accused me of vandalizing his car and the cops hassled me over it after 10pm at night and didn't even issue him a citation, He is now emboldened and has made his mufflers louder than they were and now deliberately torments me and my Children by driving in circles around my house revving the engines late on school nights depriving my children of sleep. he goes to the end of the street and then backs up down the street and goes back and forth tormenting us for complaining and showing us that he is the boss not the police, Can I file a law suit for interference with quite enjoyment and why wont the police do anything other than hassle me for making complaints, isn't there a law against disturbing the peace and loud mufflers, how come I cant get help? please help Im begging

after being hassled by the cops for making complaints iam reluctant to make anymore reports and may just do like the illegals and cower in fear and say nothing
