There is mold growing in my children’s room and also in the next building over in the laundry room. The picture shows the area in the ceiling of my children’s room. There has also been a leaking problem in the same area that maintenance just patched up. I believe there is still leaking due to the ring and discoloring in the same area and now mold growing. I have a picture of the laundry room in the next building growing mold but was unable to upload, it’s a lot more.
