Description

This car has been parked with its passenger side rear wheel on a catch basin grate since last month . It has no plates , the hood is popped and the doors are unlocked . The catch basin has been reported as flooding the road/sidewalk after a heavy rain three times since September with no action taken . This car could be a reason(or excuse) for no action . No one on the street has anything to do with this car or claims to own it and it is taking up a much needed parking space .It appears to be either abandoned,stolen or someone is just leaving it . Let them park it in front of their own residence .We don't need a car dumped here all winter, making it tough to shovel the front of your house out and claim a parking space . Thanks
