Description

It is currently 2:45pm on a Tuesday and there are at least 20 cars parked on the side of the street which specifically is labeled “NO PARKING TUESDAY 12pm to 4pm” all of these cars should be ticketed. Why are there no cops riding around patrolling and catching these cars!?
