Description
When it rains, the catch basin backs up and forms a wide and long puddle. The length of the puddle extends north & south of the basin and covers 3 to 4 homes. In addition, the puddle tends to cross over to the opposite side of the street. Neighbors began reporting the problem over a year ago, but nothing has been done. Therefore, please address this issue as soon as possible. Thanks.
