Description

At the intersection of Wade Avenue and Ridge Road, the pedestrian signal for the Ridge Road crossing is frozen. It shows the stop hand and says 20, but is not blinking or counting down. It remains this way throughout the traffic signal cycle, including when it would be dangerous for pedestrians to cross the road in front of turning traffic.
