Description

Last year, I reported a cable that was down in front of my house. It is a Comcast cable wire. This was reported to Comcast twice. The wire is still dangling low in front of my house. I called Comcast to reopened another ticket (30 days ago). To date...no Comcast..What can I do to get this wire taken care of, short of cutting it down myself? Thanks for your help.
