Description

Tall grass and weeds. Back yard is full of weeds and grass is over 2 ft tall. Shed falling apart broken chairs and debris in back yard. Risk of snakes, vermin etc in grass. Large tree limb laying in back yard for sometime now. Rotting fruit trees. This homeowner is a repeat offender and code enforcement has been out several times. Has been reported by several neighbors in our neighborhood several times. Enough is enough, not fair to the surrounding properties and is a hazard.
