Hi TT&P. I reported this issue 5 weeks ago and it has not yet been addressed. Can you advise if it is being worked on? It is VERY dark along this stretch of sidewalk at night.

Our technician investigated this concern recently and we believe a breaker needs replacing. Please be aware that our work towards a solution is ongoing and we hope for a resolution soon. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

Hi TT&P, thank you so much for replying with the update. On a side note, last night (Wednesday night) every light was out - 100% of them. But I’m guessing it’s because your team is working on it. Thank you!

Thank you for the info. We are currently hoping to have this resolved on Saturday.

Completed under duplicate Work Order. Completed on separate work order. Lights are fed from a lighting cabinet. Circuit reset. All lights were reported working.
