THERE IS A SINKHOLE DEVELOPING ON 113TH ABOUT 10 FEET BEFORE SUMMIT. LOOKS LIKE THE LINE FROM THE FIRE HYRANT IS LEAKING AND WASHING OUT THE GROUND UNDER THE ROAD. ROAD CAVING IN.
