Description

Homeowner is building out third floor without appropriate permits, plans and engineering. Homeowner's association does not allow '3rd floor'. This is being legally pursued by HOA, please put permits on hold. Homie we occupying residence without final. Unlicensed plumber, mechanical and electrician working on site. Dangerous scenario.
