This sounds just like the problem I reported at the Pathmark shopping center on Route 46E in Parsippany. I reported it several months ago and absolutely nothing has changed. The only thing that has changed is the plantings have grown! Good luck in getting your shrubbery removed or cut back. There should be a law against plantings within "x" number of feet from an intersection that block a driver's view of on-coming traffic.
