As this morning the man is there working on his stolen shopping cart fort out in the bike lane of Redwood Parkway
Looks like he has a lot of debris collected in large tan bags
He knows the police have better things to do than disturb him
He also knows that even if they wanted him gone from the area or the city that are powerless because of our toothless laws in California
That is why he is here in Vallejo in a bike lane
Today is worse more bag trash looks like the people behind him in the apartments will be complaining to management
The entrance to the park lets the public know this place has been taken over by homeless people
It’s easy to see this problem is not a priority for the police who can see it as they drive by day and night on Redwood Parkway
I drove by two nights ago at night and saw an open flame, they were using a BBQ at night, nevermind the fact that they are not even allowed to be in the park after dusk.
Today shopping cart on sidewalk by apartments with contents all over sidewalk and edge of street, pedestrian right of way is completely Obstructed.
Shopping cart full or frash pushed into bushes in park at the edge of the grassy area. Everywhere you look, evidence of homeless camping in the area.
Again I will state... This is not a priority for the police who drive by day and night on Redwood Parkway....And see this man a repeat offender breaking the same weakened Blue State laws as before
Why stop when no violent crime is being committed?
This is a quality of life issue for local taxpayers... So we can just go pound sand
Got that? Go Pound Sand
I spoke to soon
I guess the taxpayers don’t have to go pound sand for now
Thanks so much for the abatement of blight
I do wish information was given regarding the man-men responsible for the ongoing problem in this area
Are they in jail? Accepted services?
Thanks for your personal response
