The only wires that I found hanging down from a pole in the specified area are down guy wires that need to be attached to the guy pole on the other side of the roadway. We will be contacting Comcast and AT&T to have that done.

The wires are not hanging down from a pole, they are hanging down from the wire between the polls. One is about 4 feet off the ground the other is much higher and is hanging about 6 feet down from the wires.

The issue is not on the other side of the roadway

The information Technology Services group attempted to find the wires which you are referring to however have been unable to locate them along Williams and Broad Drive. If you could please snap a photo and attach it to this request that would be helpful.

Regardless of the photos, the long wire is close to the ground and is fairly easy to spot.

Thank you for providing the additional photos. This is a broken lashing wire that just needs to be removed and be replaced as it is used to tie the cable wires to the supports strand. I have notified the local Comcast construction personnel to take care of this issue.

The wire is still hanging about 4 feet off the ground and the shorter wire is still hanging down.

Of course, I called COMCAST over 10 times and this was never resolved.

Comcast has completed the work of removing the loose lashing wire.
