Mr Charles Linder own the property behind my house, which had a ditch that runs from 544 hy to jones road and empties into the swamp. He has filled in some of the ditch and now all the stom water is draing into my property. It has almost ran into the house and I had to rent a big pump today to keep my house dry. I've had 4 smaller pumps running but they couldn't keep up with the flow of water that is flooding my property because of the filled in ditch. Can you help, I 've called horry county and the state and they say they can't help!!!
