Clean Air Council has taken note of this idling vehicle. The Council is working with Air Management Services to identify idling hotspots, which allows for targeted enforcement, and your report is helpful for that. Two other pieces of information that are helpful are the time of day that this idling occurred, and the duration.

If a bus, large commercial truck or construction equipment is observed to be running its engine while stationary refer caller to Air Management Services at 215-685-7580.
All other vehicles, (cars, pickup trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc.), refer the caller to the Police Department at 911. Thank you. (mb)
