was this fixed? Is it still a problem? In general it'd be nice to know why issues are being closed. If issues are simply closed because they are old or not being solved, it doesn't mean they've been fixed, and it skews the numbers on closed issues, making is a not useful metric for SCF.

Thanks - yes, this issue has been fixed - as of several months ago, the curb was extended, the pedestrian signal was made more logical, and the cross-walk was repainted. So the issue at that intersection is fixed, yet there are still many others (such as Temple and South Frontage, facing North) where the pedestrian signals make no sense at all, such as going from blinking 'don't walk' directly to 'walk'...this leads pedestrians to ignore the signals, which leads to trouble...
