TRAFFIC SAFETY: people don’t obey speed limits. Widening Vineville to four lanes between Pionono to Forrest Hill should be the long term goal. The immediate fix should be choke points and speed bumps. Private funding is not acceptable- public road, public thorough fare, public funds. Alternative solution: close access to Ingleside from ridge, create a dead end. Allow pedestrians traffic only.
