Description
Not really a storm drain, but Willow Creek that acts like one. Appears beavers have fallen 2 or 3 large trees creating a potential dam resulting in flooding of the area. A large section of the Mercy apartments are a few yards away, & during a moderate/heavy rain we are a few FEET from the water. Can the city do something before the rains come?
