Dumpster truck has been dumping dirt in our neighborhood since yesterday, he is actually one of our neighbors which just recently just moved in. Yesterday he dumped about 7 truck loads and today he has been dumping even more. The person has even asked the neighbors to move there vehicles because there cars are in his way. The trucks company is Bolivar company and I'm trying to get the plate and a phone number if possible.
