THE BAY STREET WANKER STRIKES AGAIN! Residents in the Powerhouse Arts District have reported to police a man who exposes himself in the Bay Street area. The Bay Street Wanker was recently seen sitting with his pants off outside the Lackawanna Coffee shop at about 11PM. He often engages passersby as if nothing is wrong, or looks across the street into the Head Room bar (formerly Transmission). He's described as white, about 60 years old, medium build, wearing sweatshirt and jeans. Does anyone recognize him? If you see him, please call police.
