there is always some type of activity in this alley way. they park like they own the street and stare you down as you drive past. . god forbid someones house should ever catch on fire no fire trucks would be able to get through. the customers for the drug deals park all over the place and we all are tired of it. there is elderly people that have lived in the alley way for years and they feel unsafe.
