New owners have dug out 1/2 of the front yard and now use it for parking. Looks horrible and I know it is against City Odinance. Also, have vehicles parked in the back yard as well. Police have been to house once and the male took off. Police were out today to place ticket on vehicle parked in front yard. Problem is ongoing. Worst neighbors ever. My next step is to contact INS.
