The wire at the entrance way to Stewart Lane is not electrified nor is it city wiring, it's a binding wire that has come loose from phone or cable TV line. The local provider should be contacted to repair that. Further down Stewart Lane the overhead head service feed is hanging low do to the point of attachment being ripped out of the house, in that case the homeowner should contact an electrical contractor to re-secure the point of attachment so a tall vehicle doesn't pull the service wires off the house, causing an electrical hazard and power outage to the house.
