Hi, I wonder how the city can enforce the owner whose allow their dog to defecate on other people's property. It had been years of issues where their pet defecate appear in my yards, and the neighbor also too. These pet owners have no Sense of respect other people property since their is no consquences of their actions, because they haven't been get caught. The question is how is the city can caught them because it is now their joy and habit now to let the pet defecate on other people's yard. Pet owners have been increase in the area lately!!! Please dont think it is a small issue. We must take action to bring them to reponsible. I am sick and tired to clean up their mess, to reminde my children to watch where they are going. And wHen i talk to them, they act like I am the problem. If they allow to have pet, then please enforce the law of their pets defecate on other people's property.
