Please share a list of your issues! 1,2,3 etc so others can see and comment! Street potholes and water issues appear to be addressed quickly. Some code issues are hit or miss. Those issues of law enforcement or political —seldom or never. You will also never see a comparison addressing issues in Marlborough compared to other cities on clickfix. Thus, there is no accountability. Unaddressed issues fall into the abyss of the canned response. The citizen is stuck (such as yourself?) while they close the issue making the stats look good!

I am reviewing older concerns and complaints. I have still not seen anything further added in regards to the issues you are referencing that have seen no resolution. I cannot even try to identify them from my end as this complaint was submitted anonymously. If you could please elaborate and provide the information so that I can look into your unresolved issues, I would appreciate it. We are happy to work with you on your concerns, however, if no further information is provided to us, I will consider the issue closed.
