Description

Previous repairs on the cave in at storm drain ( #s 4864229 & 4936746) are already failing after 2 rains. Over 50% of the asphalt placed where the concrete curb was has washed into the storm drain exposing the underlying crush&run which will erode further with more rain. Please make a permanent repair. This is the 3rd call on this issue since 9/21/18.
