Crosswalk signal on NW corner of Plaza and Creedmoor is malfunctioning.

The crosswalk is permanently stuck on "walk" and 13 seconds making it confusing for both cars turning and for pedestrians trying to cross. And there is a bus stop on the other side of Plaza from the office buildings.
