Think house has been abandoned. Can not reach owner. What is the next step if the owner never returns to reside?

My father died and my mother has been unable to live in the house due to grief and has been with my sister. My father died in the house but thanks so much for the humane concern.

The mailbox fell down but a neighbor fixed it. Also, The neighbors next door wanted to cut a large limb off there tree, but can’t do it because they don’t want it to hit the car in your moms driveway.

Property continues to be unmaintained.

Trees are falling over into several neighbors back yards. There is a house door that is open in the backyard. Foul smell coming from house.

Overgrown Front yard needs to be cleaned up.
