Q. Please describe the issue
A. The small portion of McKinstry between Grattan St & Dale St needs to have the traffic light timing changed. Coming up McKinstry from Willimansett when you get a green light at Grattan to continue straight thru the next light at Dale St is red so if there's more than 3 cars ahead of you you cannot proceed going straight because no more than 3 can fit in that small space. If you decide to proceed ahead, because you still have a green light, you end up sticking out across Grattan st blocking the traffic on Grattan St. Please have someone check out that situation because it's annoying and some of the time you will have to sit thru 2 red lights before you can continue down McKinstry toward the CVS.
