Description

Coming off the toll road to make a left turn on Greg Manor. This light randomly stops working and causes traffic to back up in the left turning lane. Folks in this lane are trapped and have no where to go if the cars in front of them decides to stay at the lights. This has happened multiple times now between 5:30 and 6:00. We end up spending 20 minutes at this light only to make a u-turn and go though the gas station. We all have to make this turn while the light is green for oncoming traffic. Not sure how long it has been going on but it has happened at least 5 times this month alone. I do not leave in Manor but not sure where to report it. Saw a state trooper giving a white car a ticket today while the light has cycled few times for others and no assistance from the state troopers. It is so frustrating to spend 20 + minutes at this light
