Description

Why has this house been allowed to build on the city right of way. They have concreted thier driveway plus pit up flower beds that they have planted trees in that overhang the sidewalk. They do not care for any of the plants so you can not walk on the sidewalk because of low hanging branches and plants impeding the walkway. Children have to go out into the street to walk by this house..
All the other houses on the east side of the block are set back to the edge of the city right of way.

Please fix this issue or allow everyone to build on the city right of way as they see fit.
