Homeowner may be trying to expand driveway by installing additional concrete coverts in the ditch, on both sides of the driveway. If permit was not obtained, there is concern that the construction was not done properly (does not look level or professional) affecting ability for water to properly drain, impeding the ditch, and creating additional areas for water to pool.
