this light always stops the westbound traffic from beltway. so annoying. exactly opposite of how it should be set.

Roughly six months later, and STILL no resolution of this problem.
Multiple emails to/from public works, multiple assertions it's been fixed (nope), multiple emails that have gone ignored by people in public works, who apparently would just prefer that citizens with problems not bother them.
This is no way to run a city, folks.
