Description

The light waiting to get out of Publix onto Belcher is horrendous. I sat there tonight for 12 minutes waiting for it to change, and it never did. The walk signals flashed and counted down, went solid orange and then the white walker symbol popped back up again, all in the matter of a minute. Pedestrians will come and push the button to cross Belcher and it does nothing to the light cycle. There will be giant spans of time when cars traveling north or south are no where near this intersection due to the light cycles at the previous intersections and the cars leaving Publix still are sitting and waiting for NO TRAFFIC to pass by.
