I noticed last year that the city painted lines for a crosswalk on the north side of the T-intersection where Madison intersects with State Street. Hundreds of students, especially law students, use that crossing every day. The cross walk is very useful, but there are issues with it as well. I have almost been hit by cars at night because it is not clear to cars coming down State Street (from Packard direction) that there is a crosswalk there. You should install crosswalk lights so cars can clearly see there is a crosswalk there. That will make it safer for our community, and avoid potential grave injuries or death. Thank you.
