Description

Can someone please explain why the cross walks on Packard which are full of heavy pedestrian traffic don't have the proper cross walk signage or reflectors on the road like everything other neighborhood does in the City?

This is such a life hazard for the residents in this area and of Lower Burns Park. Why was this area neglected City of Ann Arbor?

I feel that you are totally discriminating against the residents in these neighborhoods. Considering the landlords around here pay the highest tax base you would think you would remotely care about the students who attend U of M that use these crosswalks daily.

At night, have seen several people almost be hit by cars because this intersection is not proper lighting, nor does it have reflector signage to notify drivers. This happens on Vaughn, East University, Brookwood and Sylvan and as you head South. I truly would like an explanation how such a high density area could be ignored.

Don't make a rule that people can walk out in front of drivers in cross walks and not properly protect the people walking across.
