It blocks both sides of the road and makes it difficult for other residents to get in and out. The sales last for three days and often happen multiple times a month. It's a nuisance for other residents in the area who have people park illegally on both sides of the road and make it difficult to get in and out. Why have rules if they aren't going to be enforced?
