Description

The property is currently vacant and has become a hang out spot for homeless people and drug activity that has been pushed from the corner of 9th street. This is spilling over into the residential homes on either side as people are entering the yards of occupied dwellings and walking through the yards of residents. This is creating a safety issue as there are children in the surrounding homes especially in the morning as they are preparing to leave for school and there are unwelcome guest trespassing on private property or congregating in the road way and alley as kids walk to school in the early morning. The increased drug use/homeless activity is escalating at night as people are fighting and arguing. Please have this location boarded up or demolished as it is an eyesore and breeding ground for illegal activity.
