blew out a tire on my new ford fusion $700.00 out of pocket expense because lorain roads are terrible. I was told by Mr. Shawver that are no funds in the city to reimburse tax paying people for damage to their vehicle because of the roads. this is the second brand new vehicle that I have had to put a tire and rim on because of lorain roads. WHAT DO THE TAX PAYERS GET FOR THEIR MONEY??????????????
