As people are coming back to work at Yale, this intersection is going to be seeing heavy use again.

Sitting in traffic yesterday after I was just thinking how lovely it would be if someone from the city would look into this. There's no need for an arrow, just a little bit of extra space so that left turners can move over and others can get by. Four cars made the light yesterday.
