Nothing seems to be changing at this location and now the leaves are piling up on top of the junk. They don’t keep their yard clean and have 5 dogs, when you walk outside you can smell the dog poop.

This issue it worse now than when I reported it and this photo was taken.
Nothing is being done. All of the neighbors are fed up with it.

The Health Dept doesn’t do their jobs, they should all be fired. There a lot of people who would like a government job that I know would do a better job!! I’ve been trying to get help with a similar situation for years. When “looking for rats” they sometimes drive by during the daylight, don’t bother to put out a trap or get out of car - according to my security camera. Their salary and benefits are a total waste of our taxes!!

I couldn’t agree more. I’ve been reporting this since May, nothing has changed. My neighbors have reported it as well. It just keeps getting worse. I’ve reported them to not only the health dept, but also to CPS. There are children living in this filth. Nothing changes. I am sick of smelling the dog crap. Sick of seeing their garbage and not working cars (yard ornaments) they are over the limit for number of dogs allowed. It’s ridiculous

Contact Animal Control in writing about having too many dogs and the clean up - they are in charge of that part. Keep taking pics and then send it all to the county executive. It’s NOT easy, it’s a lot of work but you and everybody else you can get cannot give up. I wish you luck bc we are still working on our neighborhood problem and. HOA is no help, nor is health department. Tenants are not hoarders just lazy, scum drug dealers with abused cats and dogs and numerous children living in filth. Neighborhood kids say there is feces all over home inside, dogs crated w no food or water. They will not let AC or police inside!

We have all contacted just about everyone we can think of. There are also multiple children in this home. It’s disgusting. They smoke weed every Saturday on their front porch, they have never done any yard work at all since we moved in. They also have a special needs child living in that filth. Chemicals and hazardous items laying around everywhere.

Sadly Green Haven attracts type of resident. Not being a planned subdivision has it's advantages as far as being able to do what you want with your property that you work hard to pay for. Unfortunately there are some draw backs. The home on Catherine that appears to be running a firewood business come to mind.
There are homes like this spotted all over Green Haven, Marley and even Severna Park, (yeah I said it)

almost a year since 1st reporting and this is still going on? you shouldn't have to pay your property taxes if you have to live next to this! ugh unacceptable!

Yea literally since May I have been filing complaints. I want to fix my fence in the back yard but I can’t because their fence is leaning and dependent on mine. If I remove mine, theirs will fall in my yard and then their dogs will be in my yard. They have multiple vehicles that don’t move. One had no tags another the tags expired 3 years ago. I wish I could post more pictures in this thread

Zoning Enforcement has issued citations (tickets with fines attached). This is a mechanism that can get us in front of a judge and hopefully obtain a court order requiring removal of the vehicles and junk. Please feel free to reach out to the inspector Krystyna Lane 410-222-6678 for more details.

It makes me so mad because when I bought my house it was snowing so I couldn’t see all the junk next door, it was all covered in snow. Then it melted and the truth was revealed.

So 2 years later and this is still an issue. There so much junk out front, and now a disgusting pool in the back. It’s not right to have to live next to this
