Owner of this house is in assisted care now. Person allegedly caring for owners estate is verbally abusive and has alienated the whole neighborhood, only bring this up to explain why issues with this property can't be addressed directly.

In the last month there's been problems with long term parking of vehicles here that required the police action.. Neighbors are leery of seeing this car now parked next to the house, no one living in the house, and the care has no tags or plates.

Are there limits to how long vehicles can be parked in one place? Only been a couple of days so far but if there's a limit we want the time to start being counted to prevent a repeat of before.

What exactly are the regulations on this? Thanks.
