It's ridiculous. This property is 22 Howard Ave. I am not sure why 2 showed up. This is the property that Mandy Management bought in City Point

According to land records & tax assessor the address is 20 Howard. The recent owner (as of Jan. 5, 2018) was RRE&G PROPERTIES LLC, which quit-claimed it to GUR NEW HAVEN II LLC on Aug 13, 2018. Both RRE&G PROPERTIES and GUR NEW HAVEN have the same mailing address: 399 Whalley Ave (Suite 103), New Haven. This ALSO is the mailing address of Mandy Management LLC. These LLCs are legal facades to disguise the same “human” owner, Mr. Menachem Gurevitch.
