Hello - just checking in - have not heard anything and it has been more than two weeks

Please contact the Regional Water Authority to have them replace the cap on the utility gate. It is the responsibility of the RWA to rectify this issue. Thank you for reporting this site to the Town.

Dear Engineering inspector -I had contacted RWA and they advised me they do not provide this service. I had called the town and they denied responsibility as well. If you are telling me RWA does have to provide this fix can you give me more info on what to tell them?! I feel like I am getting the run around and it is very frustrating- I just want my sidewalk to be safe :(
