I agree with this description. I would like to add some other"issues" with the Throop house at 1116-1118 Dunmore St. The renters park in the development across the street..not near their slum.Their vehicles are nasty.They rev up their cars and peel out at all hours.There are unattended children occasionally and in the recent past..this was a drug house. Landlord is a punk kid who will rent to the lowest element of renters. Cops are there frequently.
