how is this Yale's fault? the bridge is owned (probably) by ConnDOT/City hydra head of responsibility.
this bridge isn't the most pedestrian friendly for a city trying to reconnect its downtown and medical districts. what do you (poster) think could make the bridge a more enjoyable walking experience (besides trash being cleaned-up)?

Start with the trash and weeds covering this bridge. It is very unsightly.
I'm sure the bridge will look nicer, have trees, etc., if the College Street development is done.
