Update from the Codes Compliance Department: In order for a Codes investigator to respond to an issue or complaint about something that cannot be legally viewed from the street, alley, or other public right-of-way, the owner of an adjacent property who can view the violation would need to call Codes directly at 727-893-7373, give their name and contact information as part of the public record for the case, and agree to allow the investigator to visit and view the issue from their property. If the reporter of this issue chooses to do so, please call Codes so that we may open a case and assign an investigator. Thank you for your post.

I would be happy to meet with an inspector at our residence so that the tree could be accessed for removal. The tree is clearly visible over our side of the back fence. I am free for a morning window this Thursday the 8th. I work in Tampa, and would like to be on the road no later than 11am if possible. Thanks so much for looking into our concerns. The City of St Petersburg periodically reviews old SeeClickFix reports in an effort to clean-up past issues that were resolved some time ago. We are now marking as 'closed' those issues that were submitted in the past for which the work has been completed or the issue has otherwise been resolved.
